SOLVED Unable to boot when PXE Booting with SCCM 2012

Hi,
I'm setup pxe boot to deploy OS through SCCM ver 1710,
I'm distributed All: Image 64 bit, 32 bit, OS image, Task Sequence.

But when booting in client I got the error: 0xc000000f

Checking the SMSPXE.log, I got many error in the image but cannot resolve.

Please help.

Try the below steps :-

1) Under DP properties, uncheck PXE and multicast. This should also remove WDS service.
2) Remove boot images from your distribution point.
3) After few minutes delete %windir%\temp.
4) From server manager ensure WDS is uninstalled. If it requires a reboot, do it.
5) Delete REMINST folder on DP if you find it. (You can also rename it if you want to).
6) Enable PXE and Multicast by checking the box on the distribution point properties. Check the distrmgr.log and see if the remoteinstall folder reappears.
7) Check if boot images are copied over to REMINST folder.

Try the OSD post these steps.

I follow the above step but still got the error 0xc000000f , the remoteinstall already create, boot image are copied . I post distrmgr.log in attach image.
I saw error in SmsPXE.log but cannot fix.
Task Sequence deploy to All unknown Computers is alway 0% in long time.
Do you think I need to del task sequense and recreate, or no need ?

You must never assign expired certs to SCCM server. You can fix that first and let's see if the issue still persists.

I have just change from Import Certificate to Create Selt-signed certificate, expire day is 100 year later.
After that Redistribute Boot Image x64 , x86.

Why are you using HTTPS on DP ?. If you are using HTTPS so you need to assign a different certificate. Check out @Prajwal Desai guide on SCCM PKI certificates step by step - https://prajwaldesai.com/deploy-pki-certificates-for-sccm-2012-r2/

I use https because I'm manage Mac OS devices, so I will try to renew Certificate

After Deploy New Certificate, it show the error when boot PXE: Pending request ID: 2; configuration Manager is looking for the pocily.

i have the same issue
With OSD i get my IP, then the wdsnbp is downloaded.
Then "contacting server IP (gateway)"...
After a good sec's then launching pxeboot
Press F12
Boot failure
I did the steps as above.
What i saw is in distmgr :
When i enabled the PXE then the images where reloaded

Hey Prajwal,

I am not able to get PXE Boot working with PKI enabled. I have followed you PDF. I am getting attached error. Adding this here since this is the exact issue as stated initially.

This is in my lab. It work without PXE.
