NEW TS Imaging error “Failed to open Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WinUpdate” 0x80070002.

I’m trying to image my desktops and I started getting an error. The error is happening during the “Apply Windows settings” process of the task sequence. The error in the log is: “Failed to open Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WinUpdate” 0x80070002.
smsts.log file attached.
