Hi, I have SCCM -1702 installed in my environment with two nodes. one for SCCM and 2nd for DB. Since yesterday I was having a problem with reports were not showing under Monitoring->Reporting->Reports locally or remote management console. While trying to fix I did break the reporting service (try to changed service authentication from NT Service\xxx to Local system as suggested by one of another forum)
Now I am seeing to alert on my environemnet.
1/ SMS_SRS_Reporting_point
The report server service is not running on reporting service point server
Now my problem is I did not note down the username under NT Service to revert back. (I do have a backup of the server) neither I could find any built document for this setup.
Can any one tell me if I can find the original username NT Service\xxx from SQL or anywhere else to put it back to restore the reporting point or is there any another way to repair reporting point?
Thanks in advance.
