I have setup SCCM 2012 Sp1 on Server 2012 with WSUS using the SQLdatabase. When I sync updates in SCCM, I get the following error on some of the updates. I have run the sync 3 times over a day with the same updates failing

1. wsyncmgr Logs: Error: The Microsoft Software License Terms have not been completely downloaded and~~cannot be accepted. Source: Microsoft.UpdateServices.Internal.BaseApi.LicenseAgreement.GetById

Too many consecutive failures. Aborting sync.

2. WCM Logs : Error: Failed to create assembly name object for Microsoft.UpdateServices.Administration. Error = 0x80131701.

Alright, try these steps and let me know if it works.
1) unselect all Classifications in SUP
2) Perform wsusutil reset
3) Perform sync
4) Re add the Classifications.

I followed the above steps, now i got this error.

Sync failed: Unknown: IOException: Unable to read data from the transport connection: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host. ---> System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host~~at System.Net.ConnectStream.Read(Byte[] buffer, Int32 offset, Int32 size). That KB article is applicable only when you enable the Use user credentials to connect to the proxy server setting. As you have not enabled it, you can ignore that article.
