NEW Task sequence unable to domain join

We have an image task sequence that has always worked . All of a sudden, our computers are no longer joining to the domain. No recent changes to service account that joins machines to domain.Everything is installed normally.Only pc can't join domain.
Which log file I must check in sccm server or client pc? After the image is installed, ip, dns everything looks normal

check the smsts.log on the client machine and see whats failing

Thanks for reply.After installed image I check on client machine C:\windows\ccm\logs\ but I cant find smsts log file in C:\windows\ccm\logs\
Can i find this log file on the sccm server? if you know path for this log file please provide me.

if you cant find it under c:\windows\ccm\logs then it is under c:\smstslog folder
