I've just had to dust off an old buld and capture sequence for a badly needed rebuild. In the 2+ years since this sequence was last used, the company has undergone a fairly significant restructure, so unsurprisingly, I had several task sequences missing from a local DP.

However, now I've run in to the attached error message when I'm running this task sequence. How can I identify which package or application "Application_192be9a5-d636-432a-b33b-c1ddf79b1eea" is actually referring to? When I edit the task sequence, I don't get any errors about unidentified packages.

Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

...and to answer my own question, I finally found that if you select the task sequence, there is a tab called "References". The Object ID column in this tab will match up with the missing application.
That's correct. From the log file i see "Failed to resolve selected task sequence dependencies. Code(0x80040102)". This usually occurs when the content is not available with DP. I would suggest you redistribute all the content once again. Let me know how it goes.
Dumb mistake. No, I didn't. Unfortunately, it didn't clue me in as to where the fault is - I'm still working my way through trying to understand all of the logs.

My first thought was that it might be having trouble finding the boot image - the task sequence had a different boot image set to the one that was actually starting, but there was no change after changing the boot image to the one which was recently rebuilt.

My attention is drawn to the log entry [Failed to resolve application Ƚ], though I'm not sure why the application name would be corrupted like this. All application names are displayed correctly in the task sequence.

...and to answer my own question, I finally found that if you select the task sequence, there is a tab called "References".

Solution
Yes, the "References" tab showed the Scope and Applications ID and from that I was able to determine which package it was that had not been distributed to the local DP.
