PENDING Task Sequence deployment issues

Hi I have recently upgraded to version 2103 and have deployed a task sequence to only media and pxe (hidden) the task sequence is not showing in the task sequence wizard when pxe booting, this has been used before and it worked fine, now since the upgrade it wont work, unless I change it to configuration manager clients, media and PXE, is this a bug or am I doing something wrong, thanks in advance

Did you remove the TS from deployment and tried re-deploying it again ?.

yes I have tried that Prajwal still the same
