Hello to all!

I have been tasked with setting up a handful of Apple\Macbook clients on our domain and connected to System Center 2012. I setup a lab of VMs to begin my testing. My lab consist of two Windows VMs and two Apple VMs.

#1 VM is Windows Server 2012 and has AD Services and CA Role
#2 VM is Windows Server 2012 and has System Center 2012R2SP1, SQL 2012, IIS role, Windows SUS.
#3 VM is OS X El Capitan - Agent installed (version= 5.00.8333.1000)
#4 VM is OS X El Capitan- Agent installed (version= 5.00.8333.1000)

Before I even got my Mac clients in the mix, I setup my environment to work solely for Windows and was successful receiving updates, deploying packages and enrolling the windows clients.

I then created the three mandatory certificates:
Mac Client Cert
Distribution Cert Point
Web Server Point

I used the steps outlined on this site to configure my setup.
https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com...of-the-configmgr-client-on-mac-osx-computers/

I am able to install the CCM Client on my Apple clients and enroll them successfully. Unfortunately, I am not able to communicate any further. When the devices populate in System Center they appear as mobile devices and inactive. When I access the client on the Apple device and click "Connect Now" I am stuck with a "Processing" for eternity. I checked the logs created from the diagnostic utility, but not sure what I should be looking for.

Yes I have heard of this issue. Could you zip and attach the log files ?. I suspect the agents are unable to communicate with management point.

Thank you very much. I have most recent version of the client installed on the Macs (5.00.8333.1000). Here are the log files from the CMDiagnostics. If these are not the correct logs, feel free to correct me. I did get the clients to communicate one time and that was immediately after the install of CU3 for SCCM 2012. Prior and after the install they just stay on Processing. Thanks!

I see two errors in CCMClient log file.
Failed to Fetch last Install message. Nothing to send back to user agent Default 03-11-2016 13:59:46 2956054528 (0xB031D000)
ClientGotData: Client 79622280 died unexpectedly. Default 03-11-2016 13:59:50 2738098176 (0xA3341000)

There is no clear message to track this error. When you installed the client agent on Mac, have you done this ?- 'Open Keychain and open your root CA certificate. Under Trust, select "Always Trust" then reboot.'
Also, are you using any appliance firewalls other than windows firewall ?. I guess you are testing the mac client deployment in test environment ?.

I believe that is already setup. My CA is on server2012 on test.local domain. Please see attached screen shot. Are there any other logs I can provide you?
