SOLVED Some times getting error from console - SCSM 2012 SP1

Dears,

From SCSM console we are facing an issue coming from time to time not always without doing any changes in permissions. Error message is below. The environment is SCSM 2012 SP1

Message: This operation cannot be performed because the user role to which you have been assigned does not have the required permissions. For more information, contact your Service Manager administrator

Please help me to find the solution for this issue.

Which SCSCM role is the user member of ?. Does it have permissions to launch the console ?.
