PENDING software update task sequence failed with timeout error 0x800705b4

it was working before, suddenly stop working,the error in smsts.log is timeout expired waiting for update refresh complete notification 800705b4.
 
Did you change something in boundary/boundary groups?. What is the boundary type currently - AD/ IP/ IP subnet?

What exactly timeout? if it is a SU, what does it logs say? if it is a deployment, What do those logs say?

When we run the task sequence, it get the machine policy, then scan policy, after that it install software updates, it stuck for more than 30 minutes and the smsts.log shows time out with 0x800705b4 as in the attached file.
