I've installed new SCCM (Branch 1902) environment. I'm seeing following error message in WUAHandler.log

Async searching of updates using WUAgent started. WUAHandler 5/16/2019 2:21:43 AM 9916 (0x26BC)
Async searching completed. WUAHandler 5/16/2019 2:21:43 AM 11152 (0x2B90)
OnSearchComplete - Failed to end search job. Error = 0x80244019. WUAHandler 5/16/2019 2:21:43 AM 9916 (0x26BC)
Scan failed with error = 0x80244019. WUAHandler 5/16/2019 2:21:43 AM 9916 (0x26BC)

In my setup, I've primary site server, DP, MP on one server and DP on another server.

0x80244019 = Same as HTTP status 404 - the server cannot find the requested URI (Uniform Resource Identifier).

Found solution -
The default website uses port 80. A custom site uses 8530. What you would want to do is from an administrative command prompt:
C:\>wsusutil usecustomwebsite true

This will move all the WSUS components out from the default website and put them under a ‘WSUS Administration’ site using port 8530. It will also make sure that HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Update Services\Server\Setup PortNumber is correctly set (also to 8530). Otherwise the next time an update is applied to WSUS the port number would be changed back to 80.

Next check that the ports are configured correctly in Configuration Manager under Site Settings, Component Configuration, right-click ‘Software Update Point Component’, Properties:

These settings are what ultimately causes the client to set a local GP to use 8530, else check to see if there is a GPO that sets the clients to use port 8530.
