NEW Software packaged in packages not showing in Software Center

I have managed to package software in the packages under the Software Library, now when I Specify settings to control this deployment
Action - Install
Purpose - Required
I can see the software appear in the Software Center but it doesnt automatically install?

Has anyone came across this before or managed to figure out what the cause it?

Thanks again for responding. I cant see this option anywhere? This is deploying a Package and not an application. This is only available in Applications

You can find this option in deployments tab. right click -> properties -> User experience tab
