SOLVED Software installing at (0% complete), CB1702

Unable to ti install application form software center, it was fine earlier when tested, i did upgrade SCCM to 1702 when released by a PS, i checked firewall, it is fine, boundary group are fine, It took me a week time for nothing, kindly i need your support to locate the problem

For my case, DP required the below

Make sure http activation is enabled for .net 4.5.

Launch IIS from Server Manager Dashboard. Select Default Web Site, select Authentication, and make sure Anonymous Authentication is set to Enabled.

Add IIS Components Common HTTP Features
WebDAV Publishing
