SOLVED Software Center apps stuck at 0% downloading.

We have a few apps that had not previously had issues starting to get stuck when installing on clients via software center.
The Appdiscovery Log says application not discovered, and Did not detect app deployment type for system.
These applications have never had issues prior to a few weeks ago, I'm not sure what would have caused this.

3things you need to check first,

  1. Ensure the client machine is within SCCM boundaries.
  2. Re-distribute the content and verify if it updates properly.
  3. Resolve any DNS issues
