PENDING SMSAgent regularly restarting

Hi

We're having issues with a number of machines where the SMSAgent service is restarting every few minutes.
At the moment we don't know how big this issue is, but about 20% of our workstation estate haven't reported their hardware inventories in over 2 weeks and the machines I've managed to connect to all have this issue.
Here's the CCMExec and ClientIDManageStartup from one such machine. We've tried a full uninstall cleanup and reinstall of the client on this machine but it still has the same issues.
The only thing we can see is in the CCMExec log there's an error about registering a WMI query notification at around the time the service shuts down, but we've rebuilt the WMI repository on this machine and it hasn't fixed the issue.

We're running SCCM 2107 with the hotfix, though we can't promote the pre-production client for some reason so are planning to go to 2111 in a couple of weeks.

Has anyone seen this before?

I have gone through the log files. Can you check and confirm if any custom power plan is applied via ConfigMgr?.
