NEW SMS Agent Host Service constantly being stopped and started

Hello,
Has anybody seen this before where by the CCMexec services is constantly being stopped\started.
The only errors I can see in the CCMExec logs are below:-

Having the same issue in our environment. It only appears to be happening on our DPs and we have over 300 of them. Hoping to find an answer to this soon.

The service was starting and then stopping suddenly a few seconds later. We've narrowed it down to a rogue GPO put in place by another team to stop the ccmexec service as a workaround to their patching
