NEW Site Component Manager failled to reinstall this component on this site system

Hello,

I encounter an issue with SMS_TEM component. It does not install.
Message IDs: 1020, 1018, 4609, 4605

stecomp.log :
E:\SMS could not be done : Failed to register dll E:\SMS\bin\x64\Microsoft.ConfigurationManager.TaskExecutionManger.dll with error = 0x80004005
Bootstrap operation failed; continuing anyway.

Unable to successfully register file E:\sms\bin\x64\Microsoft.ConfigurationManager.TaskExecutionManger.dll, failing install for component.

I've registered the dll manually successfully, but SMS_TEM still generates errors.
Functionality of SCCM all seems fine.
It's just every hour, the above message IDs are generated...
Any ideas?

Hi guys, did either of you get this sorted? Having exact same issue myself. Cannot find any info on SMS_TEM anywhere either....
