Thanks for the response.
Actually i was looking forward to get the information on what should i troubleshoot, the machines are VMs, few machines are compliant with the package and few are throwing error. i have rebuild the software center but it still the same.

go to c:\Windows\CCM\Logs and check appenforce.log and appdiscovery.log
