SOLVED Should only folders reside in SCCMContentLib\FileLib?

We have a space issue and we found multiple large files in the SCCMContentLib\FileLib folder.

Shouldn't only folders reside in this location.

I've attached a screen shot of some of the files.

Similar issue mentioned here, one of the people mentioned:
"Microsoft advised that these files should be safe to move or delete. I moved them to a temporary location and have not noticed any distribution issues"
The filelib should contain folders and within each folder, there should be File, config settings and SIG file. Looking at the screenshot that you attached, I am not sure what those files are. Are they same on all of your DP's ?.

Thanks for the response.

That was also my understanding regarding the folder structure.

We only have one DP and while I was trying to free up space I found these files.
