I want to set lock screen windows 10 with sccm please help me?

Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Control Panel > Personalization > Force a specific default lock screen image

or registry if you really want use SCCM
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Personalization

2008 is on end of life

so you can use regfile thought SCCM.

I set my lock screen through a task sequence during imaging. I have a batch file, a reg file and my lock screen image in a directory on my SCCM server.

xcopy LockScreen\Lock_Screen.jpg C:\Windows\Web\Screen\ /Y /S
reg import LockScreen\LockScreen.reg
reg import LockScreen\LockScreen.reg /reg:64
