NEW Service Manager Database Error

I am trying to install SCCM at my home Lab. I have a 2016 server with SQL Server 2016:
  • SSMS
  • WSUS
Whenever I try to configure the Service Manager database I get a Collation error SQL_Latin1. I also cant find the installation root media directory (x64) Please help
