I would like to know how to clean it UP SCCMContentLib folder

I have foyund two tools that let me see deepest information about it

• ContentLibraryExplorer.exe
• CEViewer.exe

Could anyone tell me what great practice of clean it up involve?

I mean, what do I have to see or what do I have to delete in order to recover space or maybe make its performance work better
