PENDING SCCM WSUS Maintenance options

Hello,

I am running the latest branch of SCCM and have a question about WSUS and SCCM together. Is it ok to run the server cleanup wizard through the WSUS "Options" control panel or should I allow Config. Mgr. to handle it automatically? I ask as my storage for WSUS appears to increase every time I take a look at it , currently around 777GB free of 2TB, it was in the 9xx free two days ago. Is there anything I can preventatively do to stop the storage from filling up? Thank you so much for your input!!

Thank you for your quick reply, I can confirm that these three options are, and have been, enabled, we have typical Windows 10 updates selected, sql 2019, and sql management studio 18 updates selected, also have adobe, and dell third party repositories. the storage never goes down, currently at 1.17TB in size, would this be considered normal?
