PENDING sccm won't deploy application on reinstalled image

Hi all

I created an office 365 Deployment application, it was deployed and worked fine on a test PC
later for testing reasons I re-installed the OS image on the same PC and now it doesn't get the deployment. The device is still part of the deployment collection and it gets all the other apps that are deployed except for this one, The detection method is a registry file that doesn't exist (HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration)
Any help which log should I look for?

On this problematic PC, if you open the software center, what is the o365 application status that you see?.
