I have a user that wanted MS Visio installed. I already pushed the Visio software through sccm. But it says here on the user's SCCM that the software is installed when it has not yet install. The uninstall button is greyed out and I tried pushing visio through sccm again but still does not work. How can I rectify this?

How EXACTLY is the sw deployed? Is It an app or a program? What troubleshooting have you done?

If you deploy the package from this location - \Software Library\Overview\Application Management\Applications, please double check the detection method rule. the entry in the detection should not be present before installation otherwise the software center status shows installed but you will not see the actual software installed on the machine.
