SOLVED SCCM - Third Party updates unable to download

Hi
I am having trouble to able to download Adobe Acrobat updates, see screenshot below, I couldn't find how to fix "User profile cannot be loaded".
Do any one have same issues who able to fix this?

I am not sure why you are seeing that error. Can you run the console as administrator and try downloading the same update.

Thanks for quick reply, I have tried Administrator and downloading I still get same error.

I had a look on log file under c:\users\%username%\appdata\local\temp\patchdownloader.log
see attach

I get error here which I am not sure on this, maybe anyone of you have ideas?
