In our environment, We have around 20000 windows 7 64 bit machines and patching of all these clients are being taken care by SCCM. I have found that more than 500 systems are not getting installed any patch through SCCM even any other task pushed via SCCM getting failed.

Just want to inform that earlier we used to install (Windows6.1-KB2522623-x64) for such issue and got fixed most of the systems but still more that 500 systems not getting failled even tried to rename SoftwareDistribution folder as well and check GPO and other troubleshooting (example--i tried to update WU agent but it shows that already updated even tried with restart the services..) but same issue for any installation and update through SCCM.but not luck..

Relay appreciate any help in this..

Just want to add here checked data transfer logs are showing success and update store logs showing application or patches no. downloaded but if we check on local system not found in ccmcache and if try to try to install from software center then also getting failed

what is the error you are getting for failed patches.. please upload erros , so we can help you out with solutions

You can refer to PatchDownloader.log from site server
and also you can refer distmgr.log to check the replication of software update deployment package for patch

Just want to confirm i can see the policyes and update on client systems in software center even in logs can see task are getting properly on client. but if trying to install then getting failed.. please let me know if still needs to check site server logs or client systems logs..?

Can you please check eventvwr log on system where you had deployed and failed.

Update us that error message from eventvwer
