NEW SCCM Task Sequences fails on Setup Windows and ConfigMgr for Surface Pro Devices

Hi,

I hope you can help?

SCCM Task Sequence failing after Setup Windows and Configuration Manager Task, It restarts try to install then just boots into Windows. This is just affecting our surface pros, other models work fine
