PENDING SCCM Task Sequence stuck - Surface Pro 5

When imaging a Surface Pro 5 with the Task Sequence after the install phase the device restart and then sits on Please Wait (unable to use F8 option at this stage to get the logs)

This has happened on 2 devices, all other models of laptop that i use are fine.

To allow the log file to be captured the device was powered off and back on it then proceeds to try and install the Configuration Manager Client Agent but never completes this step.

Any pointers for this would be appreciated.

anytime i try to upload a file it says the file is too large no matter the size of the file is there another way i can get it to you
 
I have the log files but when i try and upload it says the file is too large, can you tell me how i can get the log files to you for review?

I have analyzed the smsts.log file and I don't see any errors. Now can you send me the client.msi.log and ccmsetup.log from C:\Windows\ccmsetup\logs folder.
