SOLVED SCCM: Sofwtare update stuck in progress

we have CAS server and two primary servers.
when ever I download software update it always give error

Error: Failed to download content id 85832. Error: There was an error downloading the software update. (12002)

help to solve this issue.

12002 translates to "timeout" error, can you check the proxy ?

there is no proxy set in SCCM and in browser.
