SOLVED SCCM software metering report is empty

I have SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 patched with cu1, cu2 and cu3 which fails to display parameters on the "Total usage for all metered software programs report" please help

have you enabled software metering? Did the summarization task run?

Morning.. Yes i have enabled software metering am able to see that on my client side, Pic attached, where do i run the summation?

This has worked for other users. Policypv.box contained a RULECHG.RTA file which somehow stopped policy provider from processing SWM policies. Delete it & update the machine policies on the client and the issue was solved.

Managed to find the inbox folder, i created a temp folder and moved the file RULECHG.RTA to this temp folder, now my question is will this recreate the new RULECHG.RTA File?

I managed to sort out the issue by removing RULECHG.RTA file under the inbox folder-policy.box on the SCCM site server.i first created a temp folder and copied this file into that folder, so now those values are being displayed but am getting 0 results on each report i ran, please help

Sorry to ask, but, did you enable any rule from Software metering before you see any report?
