PENDING SCCM SMS Agent host service is not running on server 2012 r2

I am currently having one major issue in sccm, where sccm client is getting installed on windows 2012 r2 servers, however not communicating back to the central site server. Central site server is having windows 2008 r2 OS and sccm is 2012 r2. I tried all possible troubleshooting but no luck Any help or guidance in this matter is highly appreciated!!
Note : SMS agent host services on all these affected windows 2012 r2 server is not running, not able to start the service manually as well.

SMS agent host service is nothing but ccmexec that provides change and configuration services for computer management systems. As you mentioned that SMS agent host service is not running on server 2012 r2, did you research why is it not running ?. You can start troubleshooting by checking whether antivirus / security software or any GPO's is preventing it from running.

As Mr. Desai suggested, i tried checking antivirus and firewall as well, however it has nothing to do with this case. the similar issue is occurring on all our 31 servers across different site, i tried to install fresh client on one of our server, where ccmsetup process got completed, exited with code 0 as seen in ccmsetup.log. however after this the situation still remain the same.

I am seeing weird behavior in event log, one state it is saying the SMS agent service entered in running state, at other instance it stops unexpectedly.attached are the screenshot from event log for your review.

Just to Summarized our scenario, we do have our own central site sccm server, which is hosted in our environment, also we have corporate central site sccm server which is centralized. If we point any windows 2012 r2 server to corporate sccm site server, it works fine, however when we point it to our central site sccm server it does not work. the corporate sccm site server is running on version SCCM 2012 R2 SP1, while our central site server is running on windows 2012 R2, wondering if version is playing any role in our case?

As per design, we need to point all our windows server to our central site server, and not to the corporate one. This is happening only with Windows 2012 R2 Servers.

In today's troubleshooting, i tried to reinstall the client freshly again, it went successfully however the issue still persist, after long time of R&D finally thought to rebuild the WMI, after finding some WMI related error in one log file, after rebuilding WMI, the SMS host service cameup for few mins.

Configuration Manager properties went blank after the WMI rebuild, hence i run CCMRepair.exe, after the repair was complete, SMS Service again crashed and the status of client again came back to previous one

Today, i tried reinstalling the client, which got installed successfully, after sometime i was monitoring the event logs where i found some events related to SMS Agent host services, attached is the screenshot for the same. I tried to google around the event id 7031 logged in event viewer, and found the below article, which i thought will be perspective in my case.

However after applying the solution mentioned in this article, the issue didn't resolve
Please let me know, if anyone in this forum have any idea or suggestion to tackle this issue ?
