PENDING SCCM setup configuration request

We have a customer who did take over another company but network wise isolated from the SCCM primary site server domain. there are 3 networks; SCCM primary site server, new company DMZ domain, and new company network where servers are residing to be managed with SCCM. communication is allowed between SCCM primary site server and the new company DMZ domain and also between the new company DMZ domain and new company servers domain. There is no direct connection allowed between the SCCM Primary site server and the new company where the servers to be managed with SCCM are residing. Is it possible to manage those new company servers with placing a MP, DP, SUP in the new company DMZ domain connecting to the SCCM Primary Site Server? Or is always a connection required to the SCCM primary site server? thx !!
