Hi,
I have built some reports and have a list of the requires updates classifications which I can select the classification I want to report on in SSRS with the below query, which works fine.
select distinct CategoryInstanceName from v_CICategoryInfo_All
where CategoryTypeName = 'UpdateClassification'
order by CategoryInstanceName
I am looking to add a Severity field / parameter which lists the different the severity of each update so we can select which severity to report on. Anyone able to help with code needed?
The reason for this is the inbuilt reports do not give the option on severity when looking at the reports and only can sort by classifcation type.
