PENDING SCCM Remote Distribution Point

Hi,
So, I am having some problems with the remote DP, I have deleted and recreated the site, even gone as far as deleting the VM and building a new server. I configured the required DHCP options on the DHCP scope for testing and that didn't work either, this is now removed. When booting a laptop into PXE, I am getting the following error:

PXE-E16: No offer received

The laptop is getting an IPv4 address as it states the station IP address just above this error. I am able to ping the DP server from the switch (The switch has the DHCP configured onto it). I have configured the DP exactly the same as our other remote DP's, I just cant work out what the issue is and it is driving me mad.

So, managed to get booted to the TS stage, but when we click on a TS to deploy it, it goes through all the dependencies, and then errors with: 0x80070002
Checked and set the network access account to a domain admin account, tested and no difference

Failed to resolve the source for SMS PKGID=CIF00025 - check if this package is present on DP and redistribute this package and try again.

Have removed all packages and sending them again, checked the distmgmr.log file and found the following errors when they are being distributed to the remote DP:

All files distrubted again to the DP, same error and failure as before. Not sure why it cant see the files

When I launch IIS on the DP and browse to the relevant site I receive the following error:
HTTP Error 500.21 - Internal Server ErrorHandler "AboMapperCustom-16765" has a bad module "IsapiModule" in its module list

Just installed the CGI, ISAPI Extensions and ISAPI Filters roles under IIS on the DP server. No longer getting the above error. Will test again shortly and see if that allows access to the PKG
