PENDING SCCM OS Upgrade stuck in progress

Hello,
When a user restart computer and when a TS is in progress. The deployement stuck in progress and Never change status, the deployement is completly stop. Someone can help me to find a solution for this deployement restart after a rebooting or shutdown.

The task sequence should resume after the computer restart. Did you examine the log file to determine at what step is the TS rebooting and any errors in the log file.
