PENDING SCCM Office365 Patch Download fails hr=0x8007362e

Hi Guys,

My Nov patch for O365 semi-annual version 1808 failing while downloading with Hash Verification error.


Patchdownloader.log suggest -

The file that fails is 1.78G and I could download it manually. TThere’re no problem with downloading of other updates that includes 1803, 1903, Office2013 patches. Even, last couple of months we had no issue with O365 patch downloads.

Hi Prajwal,

Thanks for your reply.

I'd already gone through the thread before my posting here but no joy.

I have Antivirus removed and Firewall was checked but no luck. As I mentioned I could download the failing file manually.

Could you suggest any workaround for this issue? May be manually get the patch or something?

Last week on 25/11 Microsoft released another patch for 1808 x64 and initially it wasn't downloading either. But today surprisingly downloaded without any issue. Bloody Microsoft Glitch hey!

Hello Prajwal,

The issue re-occurred today when I tried to download latest semi-annual targeted version 2002.
I tested downloading monthly channel version and there was no issue. What can it be now?

Again it was a glitch from Microsoft end. Dodgy Microsoft patching!
