PENDING SCCM- Not able to download specific KB's

Am trying to download few KB's which required for patching, Unfortunately download is getting failed.
Even i downloaded the kb manually and pointed download page, Still same error.

Error: PatchDownloader.log
Failed to move \\SCCM01\Test DP\905a4705-4dbf-4fc3-8eab-1d31f5be7a9b.1 to \\SCCM01\Test DP\905a4705-4dbf-4fc3-8eab-1d31f5be7a9b, error 5

Check your AV software. It is likely blocking the file.

I tried uninstalling AV. still same

It's either antivirus / security software or your firewall that is blocking the download.
