PENDING SCCM Internet based Management Point

Hello
We have a standalone SCCM server and configured it to be internet based management point with configuring HTTPS for site system, management point and distribution point.
Also we have configured all the required certificates for site system server and clients.
everything is working fine internally with PKI but on internet the status changes to internet but clients couldn't connect to the management point and i get below errors on location service log file.

Failed to send management point list Location Request Message to new.asysltd.com

LSUpdateInternetManagementPoints: Failed to retrieve internet MPs from MP new.asysltd.com with error 0x80004005, retaining previous list.

we have configured CRL as below and its working from internet.

Could you attach locationservices.log file ?. I hope there might be some more errors. Under the Management point properties > General > client connection > HTTPS, have you set to Allow intranet and internet connections ?.
Secondly on your SCCM server properties is the option "publish selected intranet management points in DNS" checked ?
