SOLVED SCCM Installation issue windows domain

Iam trying to install sccm console through splash.hta . Iam getting this error as shown in the screenshot. Kindly help me how to proceed further for installation of sccm.

I am logged in with my administrative account. I am new to sccm . When I download it I got this folder "Configmgr_TechPreview2106" in c drive . I open it and then try to install it through splash.hta.
