Hello,

New user to the forum, but a long time lurker. I am being faced with what has proven to be a difficult challenge for our org, as well as for Microsoft to troubleshoot.
When going to install a new extension, either directly from a .CAB file or from the Community Hub (RightClick Tools), we are getting a failure that says unable to install because the extension already exists in the site. The extensions however, are nowhere to be found.

I have verified all hierarchy settings are correct to my knowledge and from other peoples experience.

Windows Server 2019
SCCM Version 2211
Console Version 5.22.11.1061.1000

I have attached two screenshots below and am looking for any tips possible.

Thanks!

Recast has it own support forum.
However I would go directly to Recast portal and download the latest version from there, the Community hub is deprecated.

Also keep in mind that I do work for Recast but more on the Endpoint Insight product.

Hi Garth,
Thanks for that. My primary concern right now is the SolarWinds extension, but the fact that the RightClick tools gave the same error was weird to me.
