Note:SCCMADMIN (Client Push Installation acount)is a Local admin accounts on Clients System, Firewall is Off and this account has full authorize

1. WNetAddConnection2 failed (LOGON32_LOGON_NEW_CREDENTIALS) using account TCS\sccmadmin
2. ERROR: Failed to connect to the \\PC\admin$ share using account 'Machine Account'

First it tries to use TCS\sccmadmin , then uses SCCM server machine account, both failed.

You need to check if Client Push Installation account has the local administrator privileges on target clients.

Add, TCS\sccmadmin and SCCM to Domain Admins would do the trick unless you want to push out local administrators list via GPO.

Then, check SMB 445 from SCCM server to target clients.
