SOLVED SCCM DP vs PullDP

I am new with SCCM.​

I am struggling to understand the real difference in between Distribution Point vs Pull DP.
When I enable DP rules on a server I create a connection in between the primary site and the DP ( that syncs all resources files ).
If I have understood well a DP promoted as a Pull server does the same job (apart that the Pull-DP could be connected directly to a specific DP instead of a Primary Site).
Considering the capability of DP (all resources available) my question is: why do I need to create a Pull DP?

I understand also that at the end is the PULL DP that decides when have / request updates from a specific DP
