I am using SCCM 2019 version. In devices collection some devices are showing with green tick icon and some devices are showing with gray Cross icon x . All devices are online and working on network. Then why some of them are showing cross icon in SCCM ?. I can ping them but not able to deploy applications. ccmsetup.exe is running on all devices. Please check the attached image.
Yesterday i re-install the ccm setup on that machine it start work with green tick but after office timing the user shutdown his PC and next morning SCCM again showing his PC with gray X. I can ping the machine and now machine is online and available on network but sccm is showing offline.
