PENDING SCCM deployment - Clients downloaded and installed updates, but did not reboot as usual.

Hello, our SCCM manager is pushing the July KB to the servers and installs it,
but servers are not restarted automatically during the monthly maintenance window as usual.


64 assets have installed it, but did not reboot during the usual patching window


I don't remember this happening before. Some servers have software center and it cannot be found on others.
I don't know what logs to look at.
Can you guys kindly help?
