Want to know how can I setup an email alert for computers which are not running certain services (e.g. Antivirus, print spooler, etc).
Can this be done through DCM? Can one setup email alerts for DCM?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Can this be done via DCM? Yes it can. However, Service are inventoried by SCCM already. So a report might be better.
Can you setup email alert? Not really. but you can setup a daily email for a report with all computer that don't have the services running.
