PENDING SCCM Currently Logged on user

Hi All,

I am having an issue with the Currently Logged on user not populating. This is only happening from devices on the secondary site as the devices on the Prinary Site are reporting back as expected. Any suggestions would be appreciated ???

Currently logon details is listed in about 4 different place and collected differently base on the location. Which location are you talking about?

In looking in assets and compliance -> devices

Any device using primary site is fine. Second site is blank.
I have done some reading but can't find any firm details.
I'm suspecting I missed something setting up the second site but not sure what

Those details are coming from fast chanel (port 10123/80) to the MP.

Thanks, that's pointing me in the right direction. I can rule out the ports as an issue so it must be something on the site setup.
