PENDING SCCM Console - Sluggish

We have an open case with Microsoft but we haven't had much luck so far with improving the SCCM admin experience while in the console. Right-click actions can sometimes take longer than normal or wizards take forever to move from screen to screen. Users report issues throughout the day. We do see a lot of SQL blocking but not sure how normal this is for SCCM.

Has anyone else experienced slow/sluggish performance while in the console? Microsoft has looked at the SQL and VMware sides and we've made some improvements for both but nothing significant has changed. Just curious if anyone else has had this issue and what they did to correct. Thanks in advance.
 
Does this issue also exists on the primary site server with console installed? Or just the consoles installed on remote computers?

Seems to occur on all. I had a user try consoles on two different servers when he experienced the issue and he reported it was the same on both with one being a console only server.

"With Crowdstrike, exclusions aren’t treated the same. CS monitors for suspicious/malicious behavior versus the legacy AV software that scanned every single file and process. We have very few exclusions in place. SCCM and SQL are common enough products where the CS sensor has been able to effectively “ignore” regular processes that are performed because they are deemed as safe."

Do you recommending disabling CS for a duration? Or any other advice for systems with CS?

Can you try disabling the CS and see if that improves the speed and performance?
 
We finally had our case escalated to Tier 3 and they are recommending we add another SMS Provider and make some changes to our collections.

Do you recommend adding the role to an existing server (MP, DP, Report Server, SQL server, etc.) or a new server to handle the SMS Provider role? Thanks in advance.
