NEW SCCM Collection query statement or Global Conditions WQL query - Please help

Hi Expert....
I need a collection of devices that connected to our corporate network via Cisco AnyConnect VPN. we do have boundary IP range for the Cisco VPN subnet, just needing the collection query statement for this.

Alternative to device collection is Global conditions for the installation requirement. Again this is also required WMI WQL query for this to works.
