PENDING SCCM CM 1702 Stuck Downloading

I am trying to update my SCCM CM to 1702 and it is stuck on downloading. I am not sure what to do to remedy the situation. I have tried restarting SMS_EXECUTIVE service and it doesn't seem to be helping. There are some issues in my dmpdownloader.log that I don't know how to fix.

Appears to be failing to download a redistributable.

I wanted to add quickly that I am not behind a proxy and I have verified that there are no proxy settings within SCCM.

I have also checked the "EasySetupPayload" folder and the redist that is apparently failing does appear to have downloaded and extracted from what I can see.

Nobody out there to offer any ideas? I have included another part of a log (ConfigMgrSetup) that is showing a file hash mismatch for the redist that it is trying to download. I have disabled and closed my antivirus program to make sure that it wasn't causing issues and still have the same result.

I must admit that I have come across this "file hash mismatch" error for the first time. I will try to this get resolved soon.

I seem to be having a similar issue but it has completed downloading.

I have a few files in that dir with 0 k in size and the upgrade seems to be failing on installing those.
I tried renaming the EasySetupPayload dir to force a redownload but it seems to ignore that and is using somewhere else to extract the files for cmustaging.

I had a previous update with similar issues but I don't recall what I did to force a redownload. I think I had to do something in the database.

I am having the same issue. Even changed the registry key for HKEY_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WinTrust\TrustProviders\Software Publishing\State to Decimal - 146944 and restarted the SMS_Exective Service. No success.
